Making an impact in our communities

We believe that transforming lives is a way of giving back to the society. In a rapidly aspirant and young society, we not only try to be a model employer but also reach out to the youth to understand their aspirations and help them achieve it. Below are just a few of the ways we participate in our communities:

  • Parivartana – Our Parivartana initiative, young aspirants from tier two city colleges are mentored by experts handpicked from the industry. Building a bridge between the corporate, colleges and the students, the Parivartana initiative equips students with crucial expertise like communication skills, corporate etiquette and time management as they start their careers.
  • Donation Drives – We raise awareness and fund raise for a variety of causes that make a difference within our communities.
  • Volunteer Programs –Over 1000hrs of services have been collectively devoted to a variety of causes every year led by our employees – from planting trees to Teach and Grow.
  • Blood Donation Drives – Blood donation drives are conducted across locations with the great support from our employees.
  • Disaster Relief Support – We have a dedicated team of professionals who come together during such disasters and create support packs, first-aid kits and essential supply kits.
Continuous education and growth

Across our company we offer continuing education opportunities and tuition reimbursement. We offer:

  1. New Hire & Process Training – imparting fundamental domain knowledge & process knowledge to new hires that would enable them to do their work better & meet all required KRA’s & performance criteria
